Section 66 A: Punishment for 3 years or fine or both.

Section 66 C of information technology act, 2000:

Punishment for 3 years or fine upto Rs 1 lakh or both.

66D : Punishment for 3 years or fine upto Rs 1 lakh or both.

66F: Punishment for cyber terrorism is imprisonment of life.
